Welcome These Terms of Use govern your use of CaisleeRylinFoundation.org , operated by the Caislee Rylin Foundation ("we," "us," "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

What this Site is for: This Site exists to share the story of the Caislee Rylin Foundation, offer comfort and remembrance resources for bereaved families, explain our Comfort Kit program, and accept donations to support that work. This Site is for information and support only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you need medical or mental health support, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis resource in your area. Our Get Help page lists a few places to start.

Donations: Donations made through links on this Site are processed by Donorbox, a third-party donation platform. Donorbox's own terms and privacy policy also apply to donations. The Caislee Rylin Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Highland, California. Donations are not tax-deductible at this time while our status is pending. We will use donations to support our programs, including Comfort Kits, remembrance resources, and the small costs of running the foundation. Comfort Kits: Comfort Kits are offered as donations allow. Availability, contents, and timing may vary. If you request a Kit, we will confirm what we can do and what the timing looks like when we reply. Comfort Kits are offered free of charge to receiving families. We do not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled, and we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. We will be honest with you about what is possible.

Shop Items in the Shop may include donation items, such as Donate a Caislee Comfort Kit. When an item is a donation, it means your purchase helps us send a Kit to a family. You do not receive a Kit yourself unless the product description clearly says so. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. We will do our best to keep them accurate.

Our content All content on this Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the Caislee Rylin Foundation name and butterfly design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read, share a link to, and print pages for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you would like to share our resources with a hospital, church, support group, or other organization, please contact us first at caisleerylinfoundation@gmail.com

What you share with us If you share a message, story, photo, or personal note with us, you are giving us permission to use it only to help you, unless you clearly give us additional permission to publish it. We will not publish your story, your baby's name, or your photos publicly without your clear permission. If you give permission and later change your mind, contact us at caisleerylinfoundation@gmail.com and we will remove it from our Site where we are able to do so. Please do not send sensitive information, such as payment details, passwords, or full medical records, through our contact form or email.

Outside links and services Our Site links to outside sites and services, including Donorbox, Kit.com, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, and bereavement resources. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of those sites is subject to their own terms.

Acceptable use You agree not to use this Site to: - Break the law - Harass, threaten, or harm others - Send spam or harmful code - Misrepresent yourself or your relationship to the foundation - Copy or misuse our content We may remove or restrict access to the Site for anyone who misuses it.

We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or free of interruptions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
